We offer Group Fitness Classes in our Three Oaks Studio, Open to both Members and Guests. We are happy to schedule Food Journal Reviews and InBody Scans in the meantime – we recommend scanning every 4-8 weeks.

Personal Training Info:

All of our Personal Training Programs are offered out of our Three Oaks Gym, and open to our Gym Members (Ages 18+).

  • Initial Consultation and Assessment – $50, Required Before Any Training Programs
    (60 minute session, Includes: InBody Scan, Postural and Fitness Assessments, Goal Setting, and Health History)
  • Re-Assessments – $25 (30 minute session, preferably every 4-8 weeks, Includes: InBody Scan, Fitness Re-Assessment, and Goal Review)
  • Food Journal Review – $50 (60 minute session, after recording one week’s worth of nutrition/hydration/activity)
  • 3 Private 30 Minute Sessions – $100
  • 3 Private 60 Minute Sessions – $200
  • Program Design – $250 (1 Private 60 Minute Session & Workout Plan for 1 Month)

*24 Hour Cancellation Policy – must cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deducted and charged
