Personal Training Prices
All Training Clients will have their Activation Fees Waived (Save $50)
Classes: $5/class or Packages of 12 Classes for $50
- Initial Consultation and Assessment – $50, Required Before Any Training Programs
(60 minute session, Includes: Recording Weight and Stats, Postural and Fitness Assessments, and Goal Setting) - Re-Assessments – $25 (30 minute session, preferably every 4-6 weeks, Includes: Recording Weight and Stats, Fitness Re-Assessment, and Goal Review)
- Skype Check-Ins – $25 (30 minute conference call)
- Food Journal Review – $50 (30 minute session, after recording one week’s worth of nutrition/hydration/activity)
*24 Hour Cancellation Policy – must cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deducted and charged
One on One Personal Training Prices (Only Available to Gym Members 18+)
3 Private 60 Minute Sessions – $200 / 3 Private 30 Minute Sessions – $100
Program Design – $250 (1 Private 60 Minute Session & Workout Plan for 1 Month)
