Personal Training Prices – 2018-2019

All Training Clients will have their Activation Fees Waived (Save $50)
Classes: $5/class or Packages of 12 Classes for $50

  • Initial Consultation and Assessment – $50, Required Before Any Training Programs
    (60 minute session, Includes: Recording Weight and Stats, Postural and Fitness Assessments, and Goal Setting)
  • Re-Assessments – $25 (30 minute session, preferably every 4-6 weeks, Includes: Recording Weight and Stats, Fitness Re-Assessment, and Goal Review)
  • Skype Check-Ins – $25 (30 minute conference call)
  • Food Journal Review – $50 (30 minute session, after recording one week’s worth of nutrition/hydration/activity)

*24 Hour Cancellation Policy – must cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deducted and charged

3 Private – 30 Minute Sessions – $300 (Includes Initial Consultation/Assessment – $50)

Online Program Design – $250 (Includes Initial Consultation/Assessment – $50, 1 Private 60 Minute Session, & Workout Plan)
